Description:	THE TIDAL BENCH MARK IS FOUND ON THE ABANDONED CONCRETE PIER ON THE EAST SIDE OF TOWN IN ESPERANZA, NEXT TO THE NOAA TSUNAMI STATION. THE TIDAL BENCH MARK IS LOCATED 4.55 M (14.9 FT) WEST OF THE EAST SIDE OF THE PIER, 3.80 M (12.5 FT) EAST OF THE WEST SIDE OF THE PIER, AND 0.51 M (1.7 FT) WEST OF THE 4 INCH (10 CM) WELL, SET FLUSH IN THE CONCRETE PIER.
